I just bought your product, but I didn't get the email with my log-in credentials, can you help?
Absolutely! Sometimes important messages from us accidentally end up in your email's promotions or spam folder. Check there first.
If you still need help, contact us and we can manually reset your password.
How do I reset my password?
Just click https://www.tailtunes.com/login then click "Forgot Password".
Be sure to check your promotions, junk, and spam folders if you don't see the recovery email.
How do I log in?

Go to: https://www.tailtunes.com

Click "Login" at the top right corner of your screen and enter email address.

Enter your password
Once you've logged in, click on the small circle in the top right hand corner of the screen—right beside the word "contact".
When you do, you'll see a drop down menu with the option "My Library".
Your products are in there!
I reset my password, but still can't log in. Now what?
First, do these three important actions:
- Try a different browser or a different device.
- Check for typos in your email and password.
- Make sure your computer's software and browser are up-to-date.
THEN
Please follow these steps in this order:
- Empty your browser's cache (Very important)
- Reset your password here.
- Then, using your new password, log in here: https://www.tailtunes.com
